Obama lawyers have list of excuses but not the silver bullet

The easiest way to dismiss a case is to prove outright that the other side is dead wrong. However, in the lawsuit against Obama for not being a natural born citizen and thus not eligible to be President, Obama lawyers give a laundry list of reasons to dismiss the case but not the one thing that would kill the case off and terminate all the rumors.
