Change We Can Believe In!

 Defying warnings from Obama, Japan, and South Korea that a missile launch would constitute a provocative act, North Korea   provided another fine example of President Obama's promised change.  The rocket, destination undetermined, roared over the Sea of Japan, over mainland Japan, and up, up and away into the stratosphere and beyond, undeterred by any Japanese or American efforts to intercept and blow it out of the sky. 

Kim Jong-il   is said to be giggling in his scotch and referring to President Obama's reaction as "the Neville Chamberlain Response."
