Obama NEVER Planned to Use Public Financing

Obama was lying from the start when he claimed he would accept public financing. He knew the moment he marked "Yes" on a questionnaire that he wasn't going to abide by his pledge. Obama said he'd pursue public financing "aggressively." He even said, repeatedly, he'd meet with McCain to discuss it. But Obama never even attempted to meet with McCain.
