UN declares rape as a War tactic !

Apparently they believe categorizing rape as a war tactic and also enclosing it with commanders stating how rape is a very ’effective’ strategy to cripple the society, will help eliminate it . It also goes on stating that rape should be conducted in front of the family as it passes a ’strong’ message and destroys generations
