March to Socialism - socialist bikes

Remember the French bicycle program? Launched about a year and a half ago with the promise of saving taxpayers millions, while helping the Earth--it's (no way!) about to crumble. The 'higher than expected' thefts and vandalism (nearly 100% of the bikes) has left the company who provided the bikes reeling from the repair costs...costs which the government has had to give bailout money towards. Socialism is neat!
